Thanks for the comment and kind words Sue. I will absolutely be making one for 5th grade. It should be completed by late 2016. It's a pretty big task and takes quite a bit of time, but it is going to get done! :)

Such a terrific resource. This is my second year teaching 8th grade science, but have little contact with the 7th grade science teacher. Having review materials from previous year is so helpful! Do you think you will be making something like this for the 5th grade test?

Many thanks for all your efforts! They are truly appreciated!

In reply to <a href="https://www.thescienceduo.com/archives/91#comment-25">Jeani</a>.

Hey Jeani! Our class periods are close to 50 minutes each. We generally start using the booklet at the beginning of March, but some people prefer to start sooner or later (teacher preference). We do quick reviews by topic as warm-ups or we give the students some type of homework assignment that they must use the booklet for. We also use the booklet for small group pullouts (or tutorials) for our struggling students. If the students are able to answer the assessment questions at the end of each section then they are very well prepared for the test. Feel free to email us anytime if you have any questions. We are here to help: TheScienceDuo@gmail.com
