The Science Duo All-Access Membership – Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Science Duo.

Refunds

All of the resources you purchase are available in electronic format. Unlike many products you purchase at stores (i.e. a t-shirt or a book),  you can’t truly return a PDF, Word document, or other file once you’ve downloaded it. For that reason, all sales on The Science Duo’s website of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel The Science Duo All-Access Membership at any time, however you will lose access the membership site resources (including any licensing rights to previous downloads – simply put, you cannot use the resources without an active membership).

There’s no contract and no commitment (it’s completely month-to-month).

The Science Duo All-Access Membership is only open for new members a couple of times per year for a very limited time.  If you decide to cancel, you will have to wait until the next enrollment period to re-enroll.  There is no guarantee that the membership site will have future enrollment periods.

You are able to manage your billing directly from the Billing tab of the student account page.

To get there, click on your name or picture in the top right of your account on the site header and select My Account.  From there, select Billing > View/cancel recurring payments (i.e. subscriptions and payment plans).

Billing

Your account will be automatically billed on the same date each month the membership is active.  The account will become inactive if a payment is not made or declined after 3 attempts.  You will receive email receipts for each transaction.
